     Paula (Hill) Kyte earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management of Human Resources from Roberts Wesleyan College of Rochester, New York. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). She serves on the Board of Directors for her local South Brevard Society of Human Resource Management (SBSHRM) and volunteers in a variety of charitable organizations.

She has been recognized for her success in the industry by receiving Achievement Recognition (1997 & 1998), President's Recognition (1998), Platinum Recognition (1999 & 2000) and National Pacesetter (2000). She closed out year 2000 as Number One Recruiter in the MRI Compusearch Division for the Southeast Region. She was then named Number One Recruiter in the Nation for the Compusearch Division of MRI for the first quarter of 2001.

She established the Recruiting Connections Inc (RCI) division of Management Recruiters of Melbourne, Inc. in 2002 and has enjoyed the success of partnering with her customers every day since.

She specializes in national placement of Engineering & Technical Professionals for both Direct Hire and Contractor positions.

She supports a variety of industries nationwide to include: Aerospace, DOD, Medical Manufacturers and Oil & Gas.
